I came in as a marketing executive with a lot to learn. Most of that first year was spent figuring out what actually gets a student to sign up — and running the campaigns to test it.

I'm Jasim CP, Marketing Manager at Adsin Learning Hub and a digital marketing mentor based in Kerala. I joined Adsin in 2023 as a marketing executive, became Team Lead in 2024, and took over as Marketing Manager in 2025.
The mentoring started almost by accident. Students would ask how a campaign worked, I'd explain it, and it turned out explaining things properly was something I was decent at. Three years on, that's added up to more than 2,000 students across SEO, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads and performance marketing.
Most of what I teach comes straight from work that week — a campaign that worked, or more usefully, one that didn't.
