I'm Jasim CP, Marketing Manager at Adsin Learning Hub, based in Kerala. I joined in 2023 as a marketing executive, and alongside the job I have mentored more than 2,000 students. My services are digital marketing, personal branding, performance marketing, SEO and marketing strategy.

01Who I Am
I'm based in Kerala and work full time in marketing. I joined Adsin Learning Hub in 2023 as a marketing executive, became Team Lead in 2024 and took over as Marketing Manager in 2025. In that role I look after SEO, paid campaigns and brand voice for Adsin.
The mentoring started almost by accident. Students asked how a campaign worked, I explained it, and it turned out that explaining things properly was something I was decent at. Three years later that has added up to more than 2,000 students at Adsin Learning Hub.
02My Path at Adsin Learning Hub
I came in with a lot to learn. Most of that first year went on working out what actually gets a student to sign up, and running campaigns to test it.
I was given a small team and bigger budgets. This is where I got properly good at paid ads on Meta and Google, because the numbers now had to work at scale.
Full ownership of Adsin's marketing: SEO, paid campaigns and brand voice. I also began mentoring students far more seriously around this time.
A number I did not think about in 2023. It is less a milestone than a reminder of how many people are trying to break into this field.
03What I Do

04How I Mentor
- Real work first. Most of what I teach comes straight from work that week: a campaign that worked or, more usefully, one that did not.
- Do something real. You build or run a small piece of work yourself, such as a keyword plan, a store page or a test campaign.
- Read the numbers honestly. We look at what the results say before deciding what to change.
- Start where you are. Beginners with no marketing background are welcome. Willingness to run campaigns matters more than experience.
05On Stage and Behind the Scenes
Alongside the day job I speak at Adsin events, including the Adsin Conclave and Adsin Connect, and I attended Google's AI Day for Startups India 2026 in Kochi. Adsin also gave me a token of appreciation as a supporting mentor.
