I came in as a marketing executive with a lot to learn. Most of that first year went on working out what actually gets a student to sign up, and running campaigns to test it.

I'm Jasim CP, Marketing Manager at Adsin The Learning Hub, based in Kerala. I joined in 2023 as a marketing executive and took over marketing in 2025. Mentoring began almost by accident: students kept asking how campaigns worked.
My sessions connect marketing concepts with practical work: planning campaigns, reviewing search data and deciding what to improve. Students get opportunities to ask questions and apply what they learn.

Yes. A good share of the students I've mentored started with no marketing background at all. Being willing to run a small campaign and look honestly at the numbers afterwards matters far more than experience.

No, and be careful with anyone who does. I can teach skills, review your work and help you build proof that you can do the job. What you earn from them depends on you and the market.
